The nearest train station (excluding local stations, such as "Fisciano", not connected to the campus) is Salerno, which is serviced by the two largest Italian companies, Trenitalia and Italo. From Salerno station, frequent buses operated by Busitalia (lines 7, 17, and 27) run to the campus. Lines 17 and 27 also stop at other points in the city of Salerno.
Taxis are also available and can be booked by calling +39 089 757575. A ride to/from Salerno station costs approximately €30.
The campus can also be reached by bus from all provinces of Campania and from Rome. Please consult the dedicated page on the university website:
All connections are limited after 7:00 PM. Therefore, to reach the campus and to travel from the campus to Salerno or elsewhere, a taxi is necessary.
By Plane
The airport best connected to the campus is Naples-Capodichino. From there, the campus can be reached either via direct connections (not very frequent) or by traveling through Salerno. Buses operated by Sita Sud and Busitalia connect directly to the Fisciano campus.
